Once you’ve booked, you’ll get a confirmation email with the option to reschedule if needed.

My Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy

I understand that life can be unpredictable, and I’ll always do my best to be flexible. To keep things fair and ensure the clinic runs smoothly, here’s how I handle bookings:

• Deposits: I require a deposit to secure your appointment. It will be deducted from your treatment cost.

• Cancellations with at least 48 hours’ notice: I’ll refund your deposit, minus a small processing fee—or carry it forward to your next session, whichever you prefer.

• Cancellations within 48 hours: Your deposit will be retained, and a 50% cancellation fee applies.

• Cancellations within 24 hours: The full session fee is charged. I’ll always try to fill your slot to reduce or waive the fee if possible.

• No-shows: If you miss an appointment without notice, I’ll ask that future bookings be prepaid. I’ll send a payment link to settle any outstanding fees before rescheduling.

TREATMENT COST COVER BY PRIVATE HEALTH INSURERS

Acupuncture by Jessica is a fully insured member of the Acupuncture Council of Ireland (ACI). Several Irish health insurance providers recognise my clinic, and treatments may be eligible for reimbursement depending on your individual plan.
